Technical Arts

It is the passion of the Technical Arts Ministry to further Jesus’ message for the purpose of “knowing Him and making Him known” in an exciting, relevant and compelling way using the technology of today and tomorrow.

The quality of the story should be reflected in the quality of the telling. Think of the last time you saw a really poorly made movie… It was difficult to get into the story, wasn’t it? Once you hear or see something out-of-place or low-quality, your mind doesn’t stop looking for these “holes” in the story. If we want to remain relevant to people today, it is imperative that we reach people using the technology of today. Yesterday’s technology is today’s low-budget. The Church has the most important stories and information anyone could receive in their lifetime. Don’t you believe that deserves the best quality? We do too…

That’s where you come in. We can aquire the best equipment and the latest technology, but without your help, it just sits there. It takes someone like you to make quality happen. It doesn’t matter if you have experience with a camera or sound board. We will provide training if you are interested. If you have seen the credits for a movie, you know it takes all kinds of people to create a video or worship service. People like:

Construction / Set Building
Lighting
Electricians
Wardrobe / Sewing
Food / Catering
Acting / Standing Around (Extras)
…The list could go on!

If you know how to do any of these things or think that you are interested in learning, please Contact Mark Browning
